週末に恩師の個展を見に 竹工房まで行ってきました。
今治西高校の３年時の担任だった寺岡正夫先生は、定年後に竹細工の芸術家として活躍されています。
最近は新聞やテレビにも出演されて すっかり地元では有名人ですね。
バンブー寺岡先生の竹バック展はとても盛況でした。
カラフルな竹細工のバックの他、和紙と組み合わせた優しい灯りのランプが多数展示されておりました。
先生も昔と変わらずお元気で、ハツラツとしておられました。
近々、当院の待合にも先生のランプ作品を展示させていただく予定があります。
